Quick answers to popular questions

Where would my dog sleep?

Dogs sleep inside my home.I don't have kennels. I have a lovely kitchen and utility area with a selection of dog beds or they can bring their own.I have a sofa for those that are allowed on furniture at home.

Do you offer?Grooming/Washing

I wash and brush dogs but am not a groomer so please make sure your dog is regularly brushed and has had a groom at the appropriate time ready for their stay.

A bath a week before they stay is appreciated.

I can take dogs to be groomed for longer staying guests.

What are the arrival and departure times?

I am open from 10 -12 am for check-in and check-out of guests.  This is to allow our guests to properly settle and be involved in our schedule of daily activities.

Much like a normal human Hotel, guests who are due for departure must also checkout by 10-12am to allow space for new arrivals.

Should you need additional day care for your dog on his/her departure day beyond 10 am, you need to book day care with us. This must be arranged or booked in advance of the staycation.

Do I have to have a assessment stay?

Yes.

I want to make sure you and your dog are happy and to do this I have to make sure we are a good fit.

They need to familiarise themselves with the new environment and I get to learn about their individual personality whilst we build a new friendships.

I need to assess their behaviour in a variety of situations and how well they integrate.

Can I look around ?

Yes! Please email me via the contact form or call to arrange a visit day. We will discuss you and your dogs requirements and if we feel we are a match we will go forward with a visit.

I cannot except visitors during a normal working day as I'm focusing on giving my clients dogs the best day.
